We understand that you have a busy schedule, and our hours may not work with your hours. Here’s how you can conveniently drop off your Audi for service:
Step 1: If the Service Department is closed, but the Sales Department is still open, you may park your Audi in the designated customer parking spots adjacent to the west side of the dealership. If you’re dropping off before or after regular dealership hours, please park your Audi in the laneway west of the Volkswagen dealership.
Step 2: On the west wall of the dealership, you will find a silver metal box labeled “After Hours Forms”.
Step 3: Inside the metal box, you will find envelopes and a pen. Please fill out as much information on the envelope as possible.

- Year/Model of vehicle
- Type of service or repair required
- SIGNATURE (Service can NOT be performed without a signature authorization)
Step 4: Place your key in the envelope, seal it, and slide it through the mail slot into our secure drop box.
Step 5: Your Service Consultant will contact you to verify and confirm all repairs (before proceeding), and provide updates.
